Store and order information

QTC uses Fourthwall as its ecommerce, payment, order-support, and fulfillment provider. Fourthwall may receive the contact, shipping, billing, payment, and order information needed to complete and support a purchase. Fourthwall acts as merchant of record for product orders.

Analytics and cookies

Public pages use Google Analytics and first-party site information to measure visits, traffic sources, product interactions, cart progress, checkout starts, and general site usage. Locked Founder's Room pages do not load the Google Analytics tag. Cookies or local browser storage may be used for the bag, site preferences, analytics, and the live-assistance features described below.

Live assistance

QTC may use first-party session information to understand which pages are active, provide live customer assistance, maintain a chat conversation, and prevent abuse. Anonymous visitors are shown inside Founder's Room with temporary labels such as Visitor A7K3.

QTC does not claim to know an anonymous visitor's real name, exact street address, personal email, phone number, precise GPS location, or cross-site browsing history. Live assistance does not include session-replay video.

Approximate location may appear only when ordinary provider metadata makes it available. It is labeled as approximate and limited to country, region or state, and a broad city estimate.

Live visitor events are retained for short operational use. Chat transcripts are retained for the configured operational period unless a legal requirement says otherwise. Chat contacts are not automatically added to the Signal List, and chat transcripts are not used to train external models.

Signal List

If you join the Signal List, QTC stores your email privately for drops, restocks, and update messages. Signal List emails are not shown publicly and are not added from chat or checkout without a separate signup action.

Affiliate applications

Affiliate applications are submitted through Google Forms, and responses are stored in Google Sheets or Google Drive. The information supplied is used to evaluate an application and contact the applicant. QTC retains affiliate application information for six months and then deletes it.
